hello I had one Vanilmirth and evolve it but the Self-Destruction skill not appeared I found odd but I ignored this .Now fact that I did Homunculu S of the skill will not be appearing this

It is not suppose to appear. Unless you loyal your vanil, while in vanil form twice. The first time you loyal it is to turn it into the bigger form, second time you loyal it is to get self destruct. To be honest self destruct is pretty useless and waste of time. You can use it 1 time every time your homun becomes loyal again.

the skill of Homunculu S why not appear

1st skill of Homun S will appear at lv104 and next is 110+ and so on.......

Ultimate skill of Homun (ex. Vanil's Self Destruction) need you to get the Intimacy rate: Loyal while in the Adult form.

 

Self Destruction is effective with HomunS: Eira. Eira has skill "Overboost" that can increase intimacy quicker than usual.

See the irowiki pages for the homunculus S skills. Homun S skills have a homun level requirement, depending on the skill. 

 

As others have said, you cannot learn self destruct on your vani now - it can only be learned by loyaling your evolved first form homun before changing to homun S.
