Sura question, New Cards coming o.o ?

ahm Hi o.o well i have some Sura's question or doubts i need to get answer fast.. im kinda newbie in Sura class but i can handle a lot of things by myself being a sura. Well currently i'm 172/53 Sura, the thing is that i am FC/TC sura and im experimenting that build on woe... i need advice for gears/stats whatever lol 

 

I currently have this gears: 

Headgears:

  • +9 CEB[Carat] (upper)
  • BDM
  • Gangster Scarf (but i currently think of change it for Handkerchief)

Other Gears:

  • +9 Unf. Woe Suit, Peco Peco Armor (yes, im too poor to have a bryn or tao T_T)
  • +9 Sup. Temporal Vit Boots 
  • +9 FWS SPC. Vit with noxius 
  • RWC accesories (1 with gold scaraba card)
  • +9 KVM Mace

Im think of looking for new way to get more HP and ATK for my TC and FC combo, as i said im experimenting this build in woe..... my current stats: 

 

STR 95

AGI 60

VIT 118

INT 100

DEX 100

LUK 30

 

PS: with the new maint... which card could i use for my build? im in the right way? i mean >.< ahm i dont have a loong time playing sura because i just back like 4 months ago, so im kinda newbie but its really fun TCing and FCing every, but i have serious doubts with my current gears and build o.o.

bungisngis card (+1% mHP per 2 refine) on high+ CEB (WoE/PvP/vs-demi) or high+ turkey (general/PvM)

handkerchief is nice as reducs are always nice to have; though there's also umbala spirit to squeeze out 1% more mHP;

there's also green ferus for the boots (+1 VIT), instead of firelock - (i have not properly calculated/tested a sample but, +1 VIT should give more than enough HP [even better if having a lot of %HP modifiers] than the (status+weapon) ATK boost from +2 STR from firelock);

since you are not on a full WoE set anyways, giant whisper card (ATK+20, +3%mHP) on a high-VIT-enchant FWS would be another boost to TC damage;

also, i would think MoH (+600HP, +5%damage) is a good candidate; gold-scaraba is -1%mHP, what RWC is it on (ring? pendant? enchants?)

oh, giant whisper and green ferus (see post edit above);

i usually think when wearing RWC as shura, it means the pendant one (with +3VIT, and 2x spell 3); for fast cast GoHs/TCs;

i would think the MoH would trump out gold scarab + RWC ring (say, STR/VIT+3, 2x FS3/ATK+3%) because of the +600HP from MoH (unless you have massive weapon+equip ATK)

 

just keeping things simple

the contribution of each point of HP vs each point of ATK to tiger cannon damage are equal;

ignoring gears(except weapon), buffs, and consumables, each VIT adds 1.25% HP (trans mod), while each STR contributes to statusATK (additively) and weaponATK [baseweaponATK * (STR/200)];

so STR would be contributing more as long as your weapon's base ATK is greater than 50 (which should be);

but because you already begin with larger amount of base HP (depends on character class and base level) than bare-handed ATK, and factoring in gears that increase by %, point by point, increasing maxHP is way easier than increasing ATK;

which is why one usually would end up with about 60,000 HP and only 1,500 ATK (including card damage modifiers) overall, more or less;

using the values above as a numerical limit, for the true maximum damage, ideally you want to have 30,750 HP and 30,750 ATK (half and half) - which would result in fantastic damage, but that is not going to happen;

you would think, you want to just prioritize increasing ATK with the best ATK increasing gears to "catch up" with the HP, but you may end up sacrificing equipment slots that could have added a lot of HP than the ATK you have gained (ignoring the sample limit values stated above), which may have been the better choice;

so in the end, it's better to just calculate it yourself with the all gears, buffs, consumables you have in mind;

a simplified tiger cannon damage formula (no combo modifier, ignoring the base level and SP contribution and minor bonus damage portions) is this:  ATK * HP * (3/4000)

sorry if this reply didn't really help specifically (i could be wrong on some of the above ideas too since i simplified things);

uhm i currently use RWC rings with FS enchants o.o or i would need the rwc pendant for my sura ? and what about SP points? i think i have a lot sp do i need to switch into STR instead?

if you want better cast times (and reach instant/near-instant on strings), pendants are the way to go; but if it's too costly to get them (mainly to get perfect enchants), just stay with the rings in the meantime then (or get a MoH);

SP is essentially insignificant in terms of TC damage;

yes SP boosts the damage too (simply check tiger cannon formula on irowiki), but not a lot;

would not advise trying to raise TC/FC damage through SP at all (you start out with way less base SP compared to HP, and the formula takes half the percentage of what it takes from SP compared to HP);

the contribution of SP to the ATK mod is like only ~2% compared to HP (you need to have twice as much maxSP as maxHP to make them equal in terms of damage, and that's impossible);

just focus on increasing maxHP (and ATK); 

looking at your stats, if you don't ever plan to use GFist at all, there's really no use having so much SP(INT); you could lower INT a bit, and trade for STR for example;

oh, if using RWC rings, instead of FS enchants, i would go with %mHP enchants or %ATK enchants (assuming high weapon and equip ATK [which includes %mods/card effects]);

whichever is strictly better for TC depends on the actual values of maxHP and ATK (after putting on all gear and taking consumables into account), so have to either calculate or test in-game;

I see... so Wak Wak card > GWC ? and will more better to use the complete woe set? coz i actually like my current combo o.o

uhhhm o.o full woe set its just to have full damage reduction right? but still i can use my combo (GFWS+Temp boots) thats what i try to say o.o
