I got a few PMs today. I guess people feel too shy to post.

If I'm around I'm trying to idle my characters on Classic at the Asgard Training Village if anyone needs advice or someone to chat to. I also have dudes of varying levels (generally above 70) for various types of stuff and may be convinced to make something new to do Janeway with once or twice a week.

At the other thread (about the archer, now dancer that is trying to quit or something)

It was mentioned that having a guild is important, specially to identify you as "Not a Bot".

I think it would be a good idea to create a guild for the newbies that would sign up here, they can just transfer to a guild of there preference once they found one.

I'm thinking about doing a server wide event to take people to gargoyles. It's just 70 kills, right? Could easily make a party with a train of newbies since the warp is free.

Are you going to announce about the schedule of this event in-game or here? I actually wanted to join.

I am quite not sure about it, but if anyone would want to have a conversation and tell me more about Ragnarok things I would appreciate information a lot!

Practically I know only a few things about game as I am just grinding for XP (I would love some help on that as well, somehow being sniper isn't as easy as it looked like...) Just looking for some people that would be nice to have conversations with while doing not so interesting - XP grinding stuff!

I am playing in Chaos server +2 GTM, my nickname is Syberg. 

Oh, as I see there are a ton of people who play in classical server, maybe it's better to join it since I am such a newbie? I like iRO chaos, but have no idea what I am doing...

Try both. People will try to give you this and that opinion about which is better but there is no special formula to figure out which is better for you: you'll just have to try them for yourself. If you do end up trying the classic side, just shoot me a forum pm.

                      Leveling (Willing to help doing free leeches while having a chatting and teach them how mechanics work)

If we have enough new people,we can all help them and they can even explore the midgard togheter or do those TI events (dragons,juperos,goats,etc...) with some "veterans" helping.

But, I consider my own guild very newbie friendly already, plus it's always full of active veterans. I don't really have a desire to make a new one. I wouldn't mind supporting a new one if someone made one, though.

I currently am leveling a 62 battle priest on Classic, hanging out a bit at the Asgard Village place. Been lucky to run into a couple of nice people to chat with, and would be happy to join up a casual noobie guild. I also have a thief and archer, both somewhere between 45-50 that are kind of waiting in the wings as I've had a hard time leveling them solo with limited gears and supplies.

Oh, time zone is GMT +1 (Sweden), but am on and off during various times of day.
