I'm running ClassicRO.exe. When I get to the login screen, I input my WarpPortal info and it says my username or password is incorrect, but it's not. I am able to log in to the website no problem.

your login to the website is not your account id. you need to create an RO account on the website. that is the login info you need to get into the game.
