My patch stop's at 70% ish and i carnt find a fix. Im sorry for posting this in the wrong place ( if it is ).

It's always 70%? On what file?
Are you playing renewal or classic?
Are you walking away from the computer while it's patching? If so, could it be going into power save mode? Some computers shut off network connectivity in the name of power saving.
I suspect strongly that the problem is your internet dropping out, or something not-specific-to-RO.
Or do you mean the installer/DLM? If you mean the DLM, I don't know enough about it to help.
