Well, as the title already mention, the server kept crashing, even now. I don't know whether it is just happen around my place or because my internet's ain't doing good but I can do YT or Twitter just fine.

So, does what happen to me is all about the ISP maintenance and stuff earlier? since I couldn't even leave my char, sit for 5 mins before the server crash.

It's probably the after effects of the ISP maintenance is still present for everyone. Give it time, and it will resume back to being healthy.

Other reason's it might be still like that is your connection is still communicating with WP's ISP - and it is making the changes they had applied and its now communicating back to your connection.
