it seems like whenever i try to make one to check if my ticket status is seen, i always end up not logging in and not creating one account. why is that?
Customer support account, cant create/cant log in.

Which browser are you using? Might be best to try a in a different browser.

Keep in mind your WarpPortal account and Support account are separate accounts. You have to make a Support account to respond to tickets if you haven't already.
