Hey there,

anyone can tell why why i am not able to create an Account?

It allways show me the following "You are not allowed to view this content."

10,000 posts and not even a Tiki-Shirt.

could be region restriction. I think one way around this is to create an account for a different game like ROSE and then creating RO accounts.
