Hi everyone,

I just lost my pet Loli Ruri in today's Gramps' Unknown Area map (Hugel, 70-100). I made sure she was fed and opened a chat searching for a party. Within 2 minutes, she just disappeared. I logged out and back in and she still wasn't there. I even changed maps and, still, she wasn't there.

Is this a glitch/bug? Have I lost my pet forever? How can I reclaim my pet back? 

I have submitted a ticket and don't know when I'll hear back. I'll keep you guys updated!
