Can any one knows where is Amatsu and how can i go there using a novice character. i am trying to apply for a ninja job... please help... thank you...

 It can be accessed from Alberta via an NPC on the docks (alberta, 245,74); there is a 10,000 Zeny fee.

As a Novice, go to the second floor of the Criatura Academy in Izlude. Look for the sign for Ninja and go into that room. Talk to the NPC, who will warp you to Amatsu and inside the house at step 3 in the job change guide:
