I feel sorry for the people who invested in bmx3s only to find it at 5m now

 

Well who could predict the GMs putting it in so many boxes in a row?

 

I'd like to keep my BMx3s too, but I need capitol and quick D:

 

I am keeping my HBPs though, got around 10ish I'm waiting until it hits about 70-80m.

i just finished reading the thread and i say the price increased due to 1 factor : hoarding.

by hoarding , sellers can get higher price to sell after a period of time.

sure there will be other factors and it's not actually a bad thing but it's gonna hurt your zenny purse well if yer not the "buy and  sell" type of player

I'm also hoarding BDM[1]'s and it's fairly easy now to get them for 100m, which is actually really cheap XD and I'd recommend anyone else to buy them too.

On another note, what Ryviux said on the first page is wrong, an item's value is not determined by what people sell it at, it's determined by what people are willing to PAY for it.

It just so happens to be as others have pointed out that people will hoard and hoard and hoard all the cheap ones until guess what's left? just people wanting to sell high for a chunk of profit so now you're stuck, people are forced into no other option usually so it comes to this case where people pay these high prices, although in my subjective opinion I think since BDM[1] is the best mid headgear to date it should be very expensive along with this inflated economy.

T should not be surprising to have peole hoard. Its smarter than selling immediately. Otherwise in a few months, when its 300m instead of 100m, you'll kick yourself for selling a couple for 100m. Anyone hoarding is just protecting themselves from that disappointment.

unless you already have billions you need to be careful about what you hoard. Quite frankly if i have a lot of items that haven't been in lucky/groove boxes in a long time. I would be very nervous about what gets put in the new boxes. Just look at what happen to ninja scrolls sunglasses and CoD.

edit: plus it is easier to "hold 'em" this time around since bdm[1] is clearly the best in game slotted mid available, while ninja scroll, cod, sunglasses, are good but, situational depending on the class, hence people have other options.

HBP is worth far more than 50~65mil. The only reason they've been this cheap recently has been solely because the market got flooded with them from the January box. Their price will only keep on climbing from here until such a time comes again that they're distributed inside another monthly box.

Yea lol, I read the OP's post, and I'm like wtf are they talking about, that's super cheap. Yea if they were in January box(I was away for the past 2 months), yea that's why they're so cheap lol. Buy them now, because odds are, they wont be in another box for probally a year, maybe longer.

 

PS. I wonder if this means FAW will be in a box soon?
