First of all i would like to thanks GM that been trying hard to solve my problem.
But unfortunately i would like to ask for help again because the problem still not yet be done.
As shown in the screenshot above my quest is already completed, yet i still stuck in Rank B.
And the result is the same that i can't rank up after talk with Gilgamesh.

Check South Plain or Divided Plain for the sub quest. My friend had the same problem before and it's not a bug or whatsoever. Check the map and look for a yellow exclamation mark and check what it is.
