It is extremely rude to ban people without letting them know the reason for it. But you can't get assistance with this issue here in the forum, you need to create a support ticket through the support pages:

Well MOST of the time is they know why they were suspended, and they just act like innocent children. Plus the users and WP agreed, upon registration, that our account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

You're right, but most of the time is not all of the time. Honest mistakes happen, both by players and GMs. Also, "without prior notice" means that there might not be any warning before an account is terminated.

Taken from WP User Agreement.

"we (Gravity) may terminate this Agreement (including your Software license and your Account) immediately and without notice if you breach this Agreement."

This means that they CAN terminate an account without warning.

I'm sorry but I think you've misunderstood what I meant. I meant that it would be good if they informed about the reason for the ban after it was put in place. Because otherwise the banned player might register again with a new account and make the same mistake again and be banned again, and it'll just be extra work for everyone involved. It's just good procedure, nothing to do with legal obligations.  :p_smile:

Uhrm, Poppie said somthing regarding this somewhere else on the forum. Sorry I can't recall where nor repeat the exact wording of it. But it was basically this:

The company policy is that the banned players shall contact the support by themselves to ask for a reason. So they actually show that they do care about their account.

I would guess it is like that. Only one who actually does care about his/her account is willing to learn from mistakes.  Mostly those people won't repeat whatever they did wrong again.  :p_smile:

Yes, writing a support ticket and ask for the reason is the best you can do. Good luck!

Kaishun, read section 3 amendments, contracts like this are meant to be read in order, the later rules are subject to their previous statements, its best everyone reads this on its own, as taking things out of context doesn't do anything.

AGAIN read the thing for yourself, and although I do not want to pull anything out of context, this is simply for the purpose of the conversation at hand

Gravity may amend or revise this agreement at any time and at its sole discretion, and such amendment or revision shall be effective upon posting of such revised agreement on the Gravity web site (the "Web Site").

^ not the facebook page but the web site, -via their own contract- , also not at will for no reason/no warning, but with a process, and again, this is in response, people should read the terms themselves instead of just bits n pieces people post

and most of these policy updates are on the games main page playdragonsaga, tho by the wording "the web site" im sure they could place them anywhere, forums, etc
