At Lv 151 - 160, you get 100,000 exp per prize medal, use around 12,400 prize medals

At Lv 161 - 171, you get 125,000 exp per prize medal, use around 16,600 prize medals

At Lv 171 - 175, you get 155,000 exp per prize medal, use around   9,300 prize medals

to get normal vip rates, just take the base rate and multiply by 4.5
