I cannot log into my main account for some reason. Right before get to the character selection, I get the "Disconnected from Server" message. I reinstalled RO and tried using a different computer. However, I still cannot login. My 2nd account works fine. Everything is patched and up to date. Can anyone shed some light on this issue? I submitted a ticket yesterday, but I read somewhere that it takes weeks for technical support to contact you. Plus, my main account is on VIP and I am wasting days that I paid for. Any help would be appreciated.

try to log in with my 2nd account and everything is fine
try to log in with my main account and got "Disconnected from server" every time i try to connect with chaos server

Did any of you happen to log into the server while they were doing a brief maintenance for an hour in the morning? Anyway, try logging into Classic if you're on Renewal or Renewal if you are a Classic player and then log into your original server account. If this doesn't help then the support ticket is your only way out.

Got the same problem... Can log on to my alt account but not my main. Also, cannot log on to classic and get the same message.
Just submitted a ticket.. guess its a waiting game now

Xaxaxa: yes i online when the maintenance is ongoing. but short of disconnected accidentally, and when i try to log in again i got short of error message -_-a

I hope you guys closed all clients and logged into the server you do not play on, logged out and then logged back into the server you play on. This is generally what is done to fix login issues where you get disconnected as soon as you try to log into your character. Other than that, sending in a ticket is the last resort. Re-installing the client will not fix it, since its an issue on the server side. Hope you get your issues resolved quick.
PS: Make sure you create an account for support. You can send tickets without a support account but you will not be able to reply back to them. And sending in a new ticket as a reply will only push it further back down the line.

Do not leave your characters online when they are doing server maintenance. The server will take your account's soul and you can never access your account ever again.

Xaxaxa: i'd tried it but it isnt work. i still cant log in in classic server even though i never play in classic before
and my ticket isnt replied yet :s
well....the anouncement said it wass okay to play while the maintenance on going, its just you couldnt log in once you log out.......

I just received an email from the GMs regarding my ticket. I have to create a new warp portal account (reached max limit of RO accounts) and create a new RO account. Everything will be transferred over and my VIP will be adjusted. It's a server bug that they are aware of so this is their way of fixing it, so just be patient. Hopefully the GMs recover your accounts soon.

welp! im having the same issue. whole day can't log in and im already submit ticket. hope can fix this soon!

finally got my ticket yesterday. it took 1 day for my ticket to be replied. so maybe i have to wait another 1 day for the next ticket
ugh not able to play ro for 3 days is a torture T.T

Oh my. This also happen to mine. I log on today and for several clicks and get stuck. Re-logging doesn't help at all and by the way I never log on maintenance time since I only log on Saturday. Please help us WarpPortal.

If you are experiencing the same error post login/payment maintenance please send in a support ticket. Going to remind CM Oda about this again and check if anything can be done at all or know why it happened.

anyway, they already replied my ticket and said that the problem shud be resolve next maintenance, which shud be this week.
