Can Ice Picks help increase crit damage if the target has high defense? I am a returning player and I noticed that players are enchanting Ice Picks with sharp. On another server I played, Ice Picks were more better for dex builds and not crit builds. If you were a dex build and somehow landed a crit, your crit damage was way lower than your regular damage. This was before renewal, I am still adjusting to the new game mechanics because I quit before 3rd classes were released.

Ice Pick increases your ATK according to the target's DEF, so yes, it will in turn increase your Crit damage as well. I'm not sure if the bonus damage goes to Equipment ATK, Weapon ATK or overall ATK though.
Double Dagger Crit build is made popular recently, so they're putting Ice Picks with Sharp enchants to increase their overall critical rate.
