Hello..

 

So I tried searching for this issue and I found similar threads about this in the year 2013-2014, but have no solution..

 

This is how it goes. When you log into the warpportal support account (I registered an account for the support and I know that its different from your warpportal account), it just refreshes the page like nothing happened. This only happens however on one of my wp support account. I can log in smoothly on my other support account. I just wanna check a ticket I submitted on this account but I'm unable to log in until now.

 

I already submitted a ticket hoping the WP team will acknowledge this problem. I also posted it here just to check if people found out any solution to this.

 

 

Edit:

Additional info: Even when you try to log in with a made up password, it will just refresh the page like nothing happened. I think it should at least tell you that you entered a wrong password.

Have you tried a different browser?

yes. and to no avail.

FYI: It works fine for me using Firefox 36.0

Pretty sure it has nothing to do with the browser.

 

I can log in with no problems with one account. But I cant with another account.

I also experience the same thing, but now its all fix. i think its IP related, when im new to iRO i used some third party program and got banned couple of times, the only time i stopped it, it fix on its own.
