100M+ I guess. You can camp Ragial.com and wait for a seller but that's probably inefficient. Aloe is a good alternative though, heals like White Pot but lighter. I used to buy it for 500z at Comodo (buy shop). Just be sure to match the highest buy price, cause many people buy it too, lol.
I'm kinda noob and might be missing something so let's just wait for other people's suggestion.

I've never taken advantage of the Bapho healing benefit. I only wore it to increase my HP/SP and MATK. I've always used my trusty Rudolph Hairband which only takes up upper headgear slot, and I can easily switch.

Costume increases healing, who cares i can switch to a worse one and use an equipment slot instead Damn Logic.

But milk heals better in weight/healing rate.

exp > cheap heals when you're 150+ with nothing but grinding ahead of you.
And this.
Costume: Goggles > Bapho Costume
@fuyukikun
Yes, that's why I switch. When I need increase AGI, it's pretty useful too.

Yup. Rudolf needs to switch pretty often, else you're gonna die pretty fast not able to cast a skill.

To OP-
What did you use for healing before the Baphomet Costume? Just do that. If in-game money is a concern, there are plenty of ways to make easy money in this game at your level:
- Malangdo Island Quest: Get 400 E Class Coins. You can exchange them for Cat Hand's Glove or turn into Mora Coins (need to convert the E Class Coins to C Class Coins first)
- Hazy Forest instance: Decent chance to get OCA from the boss, and you can repeat ever 2.5 hours
- New World quests: Doha's Secret Orders and Frede's Request earn you accessories that you can sell for a good amount
- Hunt MVPs, including in instances, that drop equipment that you can exchange for Safe Certs. Examples: Queen Scaraba, Niddhogur's Shadow

Well, anyone's willing to sell me an WPH? I can't really rely on switching headgears with 200+ ping.
@MorseCoder: New World may be a thing, but i can't do Nid and hunt MVPs as im low level. 105 RK and 70 Bio.

affordable
aloes, easy enough to set up a buy shop for, or if you have time go collect yourself
White pot - ask a really really really nice person *hint hint (points to self)* that use to do/ still does investment, if they have any to donate or sell dirty cheap. i know most people end up just tossing/ npcing just to get rid of them.
prickly fruit/ red prickly fruit, farming these suck, but if you are in a ti where they drop pick them up~ they give sp and hp, though not a massive amount.
rudolf headband = carrots, heal for an okay amount, buy-able in pront and lighthazen
slightly costly
Witch Pumpkin Hat + Alarm Mask = Pumpkins, they heal you for about as much as a white pot for less weight (pumpkins are buy-able in pront and lighthazen)
these usually sell in a bundle (meaning both items) for anywhere from 100mil - 150mil. you can actually make the alarm mask yourself and save a few mil. or sell some of the masks and make some zeny that way. (i'm always losing the mask.... go figure)
unranked slims - these generally sell for cheaper than ranked ones.
costly
Ranked slims - these heal for a ton and can end up costing you a fortune if you are new. to check if the potions are ranked type in game /alchemist this will give you a list of the ranked potters, so you know if you are actually paying for ranked slims. ranked slims get a 50% heal bonus.
fish in mouth (roughly 300mil, when i last bought mine) = fresh fish, buy- able in comodo, alberta, and amastu, the reason this is costly is because the fish in mouth goes ... in your mouth. leaving the top and mid headgear slots free for you to use for other things, super plus! the cons of this.... (personally) i would rather use anything else because other items heal more... to me.
i'm sure i'm missing things, but that can be added by the nice people in forums~
btw, pumpkin pies for the win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (NOT THE PET FOOD! DARN SCAMMERS) those are a super pain to farm, but are super yummy for healing.

Rudolph Hairband sucks . Dat increase AGI
Normally, when christmas season end, they would remove the agi skill and leave some % for carrot healing, guess they missed to change it.
