Pretty simple/noob question:

When a piece of shadow gear says "When the set is above 'x' refine in total it will give 'y' bonuses" does that mean you actually need to refine it above x or can you refine it to x and still get the set bonus?

Im also confused with this one. But i would assume just in the x level is ok.

Temporal boots bonus also states that the stats should be above 120.

This is my biggest issue with iRO, more so than bots and lag, is that in game descriptions are borderline useless way too often -- or worse yet -- they are ambiguous and seemingly contradictory.

I'd volunteer to make corrections for free if I had the source material/confirmation of how things work.

Well, you could always post in the fix the item description thread. Tho idk, this is more of a wording problem like you said, prolly not gonna be high on the priority list.
