is this already proposed in the past or is this on the list of plans of GM's?

I really think that NPC buffers in the different maps will be of great help to lowbies like me especially those who are 100% beginner in the server or in ROSE. maybe put a level limit to those NPC buffers like maybe lvl 10-120 only. I've been seeing lots of beginners in town begging and crying for buffs which is good cause we know that there are new players coming but i fear the time these lowbies will quit in no time because no one buffs them.

We've been looking in to supporting this idea actually, but it's good to see that there's a desire for it! Once we're done with the dungeon, we're going to be reviewing some of the greater requests from the community and seeing what could be good additions for our community and enjoyment to game play.

Right now I have to agree, I have seen too many times when noobs can't get buffs because the clerics online are either afk or battle clerics. I am actually considering switching back to cleric just to lend a hand.
