Would all vit faceworm garment be any good?

dunno, but if additional HP from all vit faceworm is less then +20% MaxHP gears, i think FAW EA10 would still be better.

EA10 FAW is better than any faceworm garment I've seen for Dragon's Breath (even when combined w/ temporal shoes); I suspect the same might be true for Killing Stroke.

EA faw is better. I use it on my woe te ninja, and im able to kill a lot of 175 in pvp lol(Ok the rest of my gears are also pretty much the best for ks dmg)
