I Tried the migration page and noticed that the new account can be created as Male/Female.

 

Im wondering if I cloose a different gender from my original pRO Characters, what will my Transfered Characters' gender be?

 

I also tried my new account (Migrated pRO account) in Chaos and confirmed that the new character creation gender is what I registered/selected.

Most likely, the gender of your character will be what you chose when you registered for the migration I think iRO offers gender change or something?

It doesn't affect your account's gender. It's just there. This was ask the other day I think.

When a gender change service is completed, all of the characters on an account will be changed to the opposite gender. All Bard and Dancer classes will be changed to their alternate gender counterparts with a full skill reset. Furthermore, any characters that are married will be divorced before the gender change takes place. 

 

So I think it is still possible that the gender of the migrated characters will change to whatever the user chose when creating the account.

But we're talking about migration. If they implement that selection it would generate a lot of problems especially with accounts that has a bard or dancer as Campitor have mentioned.
