hello guys i have noticed that the email address i used for migrating pRO account is not active thus i created the email address after i have migrated an account to iRO the problem is since it is a late registration of my email i can't seem to verify my warp portal account. is there any ways to request another one?

If you haven't yet, create a Support account (separate from your WarpPortal account).

Log in and submit a ticket to the "pRO Migration" department and they should be able to help you out.

hi sir Zero can you help me track my ticket numbers -snip- and -snip-

 

cause i can't see the status of them on my support center :(

When you log into your Support account, there should be an option to add tickets you submitted anonymously under View Tickets.

I always click on the submit ticket when i try to create a new request,

Did you check your junk mail for the verification email if you didn't get it in your inbox?

Also, try accessing the Support site with Firefox or Google Chrome instead.

So you never got the verification email when you registered your Support account?

If you registered and still didn't receive the verification email in either your inbox or junk mail, the only thing I can think of is that you didn't type in your email correctly.

You're absolutely sure you never got a verification email in either your junk mail or inbox? Cause if you never received one before, it's either an issue with WarpPortal's email server or Yahoo's email server.

Have you tried getting your account verified on a different computer?

By the way, might want to cover up your email info before someone spams it.

If you never got a verification email when you first registered, then something's blocking it from reaching your email either on WarpPortal's side or Yahoo's end.

Try PMing Warnhal on the forums and explain your situation to him in detail. He might be able to figure out what's up.
