How much Is safe to enchant shadow costume parts with elunium?

You're safe up to +4. The shadow blacksmith will warn you if the shadow gear has a chance to break.

But guys wtf I used enriched oridecon to enchant my shadow weapon to +5 from +4 and it failed and disappeared....

You're just unlucky. Maybe you should perform a ritual to the RNG Gods in order to appease them and to Lady Fortuna as well!

That pretty much works with me whenever I tame pets or craft gears/weapons using normal smiths and ores in the game.

so the best option i give to you buy the refined gear some time ago i spent dolars and dolars and i get like 100 box of shadow costume gears and of 100 pieces just like 20 get +7 and i sell all got 1.8 bil but now +7 shadow gears are price of banana its better buy +7
