I just noticed i got tons of Treasure Box and a different Gold Coin from these event monster in hu/ein/ra/yu. But i cant trade these itens in Payon for Green Ales, and it's on etc tab.. In description it says you cantrade some of these itens in O'Riley Leprechaun in Izlude. near to the airship, but he's not there.. lol. Its bugged or what?

I notice these gold coins are come from previous event, they are different with the current gold coins. Therefore, it's impossible to trade in for green ales unless using the current coins.

it's been announced that an npc will convert your old coins this maint.  dunno about boxes though.
