What would be the ideal cards to put into sound amps and would not depreciate its price so that it's still possible to resell it in the future?

They're super rare though.
Sound amps of mad witch for metallic sound

I was going to put 2x Scarabas into my Sound Amps but I was thinking that I would have a hard time reselling it in the future.
Question about the Phen Sound Amp, why would you pud a card that reduces the bonus given by the acce? But I If a ranger has a sound amp, wouldn't it be enough cast time reduc for it to cast AS w/o being interrupted?

Variable cast reductions from equipment are multiplicative with reductions from stats and multiplicative with reductions from skills/spells. In order to get instant cast, you need to have 100% reductions from one of the three categories.
Let's take the 50% from Sound Amplifier.
Let's assume the character has 140 total DEX (base and bonus) and 70 INT (base and bonus).
Let's assume the character has no reductions from skills/spells.
Arrow Storm level 10 has 3.8s VCT.
Variable cast time = 3.8 * (1 - 0.5) * (1 - √[(DEX * 2 + INT) / 530])
Variable cast time = 3.8 * 0.5 * 0.812 = 1.54 seconds
Phen would still be useful. It might be better, however, to have the Sound Amplifier without a Phen, start Arrow Storm cast, then switch to a Phen-carded accessory. This way, the full reductions are still taken into account, and the cast is uninterruptible.

Its more for things with fixed cast time, or on a ranger when you can't wear 2 amps due to white wing set.
