man sorry if my help is limited here : but you should search in all the already edited discussion and topics about that... many login and installing problem seems to be worked on by now , can't tell if yours is include or not better ask in the right topic to the good persons...good luck

install through steam, and run updater directly.

and lazy 
as often , waiting to have solution offered but not checking for it... like many reason why you can see a thousand time the same topics...i have to take the habit to be less gentle .
