hey i currently have a +5 giant axe nocard or enchants. i was wondering about hurricane fury. the stats look amazing especially for a 2 hander but its also pretty expensive since im fairly new. i was wondering if giant axe was still a: good weapon to grind with fs enchants or is ea better,since i am magmaflow/axe tornado grinding also what would be a good card

oh and is there any good multi slot axes u guys would prefer to stack racial cards? or are the options atck too low to really make a difference

Hey!

Yes, Giant Axe would be a good Weapon after the HuFu damage wise.

FS > EA. EA is just for the Doom Slayer, if you want to use Axe Boomerang on Cornus or Bradium Golems later on.

 

I dont know your other Gears, but if you are relatively new, you should get a Bardiche/Berdysz or a Veteran Axe with 2 Hunterfly cards or Damage Cards.

Best 1 Hander would be the Vecer Axe with 2 FS enchants and you would have a Shield with racial reductions.

 

But if you really want a 2Hander, Bardiche/Berdysz do have some reductions (15% on Med and High monsters i think).

 

Lava Flow however do not need any ATK so go for SP and Reductions. If you would like to chain it with Cart Revo + Axe Tornado, then you could consider my recommandations or stick with the Giant Axe with FS enchants.

oh im sure Im trying to max out my dmg but was just curious if there were any other options or better options rather against racials or if giant axe is just really overal still best not including hurricane fury

Racial cards increase base weapon attack.

Berdysz is 200 * 1.4 attack with 2 race card
= 280

Giant axe is 330 * 1.2
= 396

An extra card is meaningless when the atk is so much lower.

Also higher wep atk means greater effect from STR stat.

wow so besides the hcsr gain hurricane fury is just way better lol it has dmg reduction buff its a no brainer what do you think the best card would be for that weapon? skele worker? or hilsrion? maybe?

Depends what you're doing with it. Use a card suiting your activities. Skel worker applies to the most monsters in game.
