Just tried to log into my account and getting this error message "not registered user" anyone else having this issue?  Submitted ticket already but just want to know if this is isolated issue or not.  Thanks

Same issue, i hope it doesn't have to do with registering and confirming email because it's a thq account so I'm far from remembering the email I used.

Hello,

 

even though I can't confirm the issue with my own player accounts I already have informed the responsibles.

I hope they will see my message soon and have a look into.

 

For clarification purpose: How old are the accounts with which you get the error message? 

Does the error message pop up right after loggin in?

 

If you have other game accounts, are these working?

Mine is one that was transferred from THQ. Possibly this issue affects only such accounts?

 

When I try to log in, there is the message "Not a registered user." This is somewhat odd because usually when you enter wrong login info, you get the message "Please check your ID."

The staff is aware of the issue and tries to address it at the moment. So we can say they're working on it.

It does not only affect Dragon Saga.

 

Please stay patient. I will keep you updated.

two accounts here, and yes both from thqice, already sent in a ticket as I didn't know what was going on

 

edit1: my non thqice acts are all coming up normally
