I try another char for quest but I cannot go furthur than Einbroch field 9 step (step4 according to wki). I did to restart quest but NPC at Payon does not response.

 

This yeat st.Patrick's is a joke? Feel being toyed and upset than the Gef tourny bugs.

The last year I played was actually in 2011 on some accounts and they are also stuck on that step. If they can't fix this very minor issue who's to say it's not a joke?

I've got the same issue... I can't complete the quest either.  When I try to talk to the guy to restart the quest, nothing happens.

 

Does anyone have a solution?
