my laptop just ve been reinstalled windows 7 lately and when i tried to install dragon saga i got this problem.  help me out if sb know this error

Well. Probably an error when downloading the files, like a network disconnection at the exact time when it would screw everything up.

Try downloading it again.

I was getting the same problem as you, so i got angry and stopped the download and promise myself that i would never try again....

One week later i tried and it worked @_@

 

Maybe you should try the non-english installer:

It didnt work out for me as well LOL

Perhaps it will work for you ^^

Yeah, that's right.

Happened to me once too, my router didn't like me being online while downloading.......so I ended up with a not completely downloaded (aka corrupted file) myself. 

Check your Internet connection (maybe your wifi connection) and try downloading again.

 

I personally only use Yuri's fixed installer, it's working for me like a breeze - perfectly fine. 

To be honest without it I wouldn't be able to install the game at all, cause I'm one of those with a non English Windows. 

But everyone as he/she prefers.

if everything fails there is also a link to a download for a completely pre-installed game in the post of the non-english installer.

It's in german, so if you want I can link it for you.

To be honest without it I wouldn't be able to install the game at all, cause I'm one of those with a non English Windows. 

 

Well there's another way if you can't stand searching for it :

 

Windows key > type "cmd.exe" or search for it if you aren't a Win7 user > right click > start as admin > write down "net localgroup Users /add" > press enter.

Done, you can install it using the american version of the installer \o/

 

Take about 2 minutes if you're very, veeeery careful and slow.

I wouldn't recommend this way to add users groups manually, because of security reasons.

If you get the error "Users is not a valid user or group" use the fixed installer that can be found here instead:

thanks you guys very much. seems like it was my connection's problem to caused that error. i just couldn't realize it because my connection was good at that time (2mb/s download speed) 

now my game is installed without any bug or error at Drakos and van cliff tower.. xD hope to see you guys in game
