I had a similar question regarding this. Is there a way to be able to target your homun when using Aid Potion without having to target it's sprite? I mean, if you wanted to use a potion on a party member, you can use the party window. Is there something similar for homuns? Kinda hard to target them manually when they're getting mobbed and there's loot on the ground.

Targetting them manually is the only way... that's it..get use to it.
Better sliced all of your fingers then, if you are tedious to press buttons.

There used to be a legal option back when they were released. After a while it has been forbidden and a patch nade it impossible

There's no way now short of an external program that does it for you by hooking into RO or injecting packets, or a full on bot.
In the past, the homun could call SkillObject(), SkillGround() with the ID of the owner's skill and a target, and it would use it. People had it autocasting fireblend firebolts and stuff.
As for the targeting thing, yeah, it's always been like that and is extremely annoying. Most people just let it die and res.

If your homun is dieing you're in the wrong place.

Or it could be that it's HP is low. I'm going where the wiki suggested, which is OD1 or 2 (ignoring Zenorcs) at it's level.
