Please help me recover my item.

I already sent ticket, it's been already 4 days. They said it will take 3 days to get an answer but i still don't.

 

It's only my first time wanting to recover item, i just forgot putting Insurance Scroll to protect my Hero Protector of Stars Cape from being destroyed. Please help me.

 

Hoping i can get an answer from support team. Thankyou!

Hey! You should send a Ticket to support team:

This link and you will have a specific department to deal with it: Item Recovery.

If you want to easy their job put this inside the ticket and fill out with the information:

 

ITEM ISSUE FORM:
    1)    Account name:
    2)    Server:
    3)    Last known character/s to have the item/s:
    4)    Brief description:
    5)    Exact name of item/s: (please include upgrade levels, slotted cards/gems and enchantments)
    6)    Date/time when item was first received/created:
    7)    Dates/times when item was moved via trade/storage/mail/etc.:
    8)    Date/time of approximate loss/disconnection/etc.:
    9)    Screenshots of the item/s: 

 

It will help the support team and make the process faster :)

 

 

EDIT: I must say that it really surprises me that the support team didnt respond yet... I always thought the warpportal support team was amazing to deal with stuff lol Good luck ^^

At worst you'll live a few years knowing you've destroyed the only "end-game item" you can never, ever get back. è_é

Just hoping the support team to help me recover the item. Because it's only my 1st time asking help.

 

I know the support team will take action for it. :)

Hi !
Have you managed to retrieve your item?

I made the same request as you are there for 3 days and still nothing ... I find it strange because all the tickets I have opened for various reasons, have been resolved and closed quickly!
The support has a problem right now ? Is it owed to the difficulty of finding an item (even with so much information) ...?

the support team has much to do at the moment and are a bit behind. I have been told yesterday that they are catching all up right now and try to process your tickets as fast as possible.
