I opened a ticket but haven't had a response yet, almost at the 48 hour mark.

 

The issue is I can not equip any medals. I have one it looks like but there is no title above my head and I can not un-equip the one there.

Woa, that is strange. I never had this happen.

If anyone here has any idea what is going wrong, it is Poppie.

 

Would you mind taking a screenshot of your char with that "kinda equipped" medal?

I'm sure it will help Poppie in his task finding out what is going wrong/ or directing you to the right people that are able to help you.

Seems you have to write a ticket to the support in this case.

It looks like there is something wrong with that medal and only the guys from the support are able to help in such cases.

Maybe they can un-equip it for you.

Ticket has been opened for more than 48 hours with no reply other than the automated one letting you know a ticket was opened.
