If it weren't of the iro.wiki which is basically a cheat, then it would be next to impossible to win the quest in a sane way (Kudos to the players who figured out the sequence to kill the damn porings). If you get to the 2nd part of the quest and you fail you are teleported ALL the way back to your last save point.....instead of, you know, back to the npc that started the quest. You are not allowed to use your own equipment unless provided by eden which means those monster on the island can likely kill you because you can't bring your own hp pots to survive.
Bottom line, gravity is going the extra mile to make the job change quest, not fun, not worthwhile, not even entertaining, but TEDIOUS! I am certain that after a couple dozen tries and many hours I can complete a quest that should take no more than 30minutes if it were fair but each time I fail I'm reminded that the devs of this game must be purposefully trying to discourage their players from playing the game, including the paying ones.
Note: Yes this is a vent. I came to this game to have fun but now I'm thinking of leaving. We all are riding the hamster wheel with a carrot at the end, it comes with the territory when playing games, but this is not a hamster wheel. It's a soul crushing test of how much you want to play the game the way you want while being rewarded very little.
Thx for letting me vent a bit.
