Heavy strike doesnt have accu down now.

Noted and removed.

Freezing assault has a cap according to the aspd of the mob. You can no longer stop the mob attacking by having high charm.

status effects are all set to 'tiers', what I was doing is simply breaking those down and displaying them on a 1 by 1 case basis. If you look at the values, you'll see which debuffs/buffs belong in the same 'tier'.
