Leonis, will these catalyst be account/ character locked? Or tradable?
Those are the normal in-game versions you find, so they're tradable.
Waow, those dissasemble options are dizzope. And incredibly OP hah. So, that applies to all Exalted/Epic dungeon items, meaning the jewelry, and 210's?
Those weren't covered, since they have no grades. We'll have to review and discuss what those yields may be. 
So nothing for now, sorry.

Imba meaning Imbalanced. i havent tried doing HOO after the update. i think its just the players are weaker now ? because of that degraded pvm bonus ?

Haha sorry, 'imba' means imbalanced, commonly used in another MOBA.
You must remember the time after monsters were buffed defense as well as AP,
that time everyone was shocked by how powerful king and queen in Hall of Oblivion were.
^ King is sword-type, 90% buffed 
But things soon calmed down as Dual raider's Freezing Assault owned them. However, after the current patches, duals simply can't slow kings down that much anymore, so their power is back.
The King now 1-hit everyone in the team =)), it was fun running several Halls today. But honestly, hall will be too hard to new people without decent gear and experience, because your teammates will take turn and die

Yeah, in addition, duals now can't freeze them :v
Armor bonus was reduced as well as players' defense was scaled.

Yeah I know MSPD down style always work in these dungeons.
Hall hardly starts with random group these months, I hope people will come to hall one day.
Fow now, I reckon only some certain pre-groups do it.
Or some new raiders try to queue, hope for a Wired/ Raider Accordance drop.
Omg ment dual not deal. Stupid phone :/. Can any mod fix that post for me pls wink wink :3!

Can solo any boss no prob, the ads are a pain though,.

Many people came to ROSE for PVP that they won't sacrifice points for PvM Skills.
I believe there will be more people like that in Leonis not Draconis.
It's possible but it's not that easy to meet a guy like ^.

its 2 sp. neither knights nor champion lack sp, both have plenty of extra sp after their core skills are gained. most just haven't truly noticed how strong those skills are*

1. Actually we now clearly see the power of both King and Queen in Hall of Oblivion, because Dual raider's Freezing Assault is capped now, we no longer freeze them, so now they have a chance to attack.
Their power still stay the same from Patch 533, when they received +90% AP buff.
2. Axe Champ with PvM Champion Strike + its 2 sec stun <- I got one too! Hehehe
