Just curious with the implementation of the new cards have any of them been tossed into the old card album roulette, anyone know? I did a search but it never came up. =(

I don't think they're inside OCA/MCAs yet. I can't remember where but I read somewhere that GM's haven't update that list in a while.

Why are OCA's worth so much? I hear they can drop DR cards, but is it really worth that much of a gamble?

But having said that, I also haven't been able to get any valuable card myself T_T

The gamble is real for sure. 6m for 600m+
Although I have had a lot of bad variance over the years.

Well, thats nice to know. After my GR(super lucky got it in 36 OCAs) I quit cause I figured I hit my limit on luck, but with new cards I figured it might have a better chance at some valuable cards. Back to selling em. =)
