Hello everyone

 

I'm having a problem after loading screen time.

It's not often that happens, but sometimes after the loading screen lose the connection and can not move around or even leave the game. When this happens, I am forced out of the game and re-enter.

It happens sometimes, and without a pattern, after changing maps.

For example: in floor trading on the Eden map

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?

There is a way to fix this, please?

Not sure, but whenever i get slow connection or internet problemn that resulting high latency i always stuck when trying to portal between towns. Umm to me its like disconnecting when your client trying to request to the server, requesting change map and dc, etc

Yeah, it's a kind of disconnected

however, somehow still see other players moving, but I can not walk or perform any action

it is as if the disconnect was just to my commands and movements

 

but how to solve this?

I went back to play recently.

And I continue with this problem.

 

Now I'm getting 'stuck' even if you use the warp portal.

After a set time, the game kind of stops executing my commands, but I can see the monsters attack me and the other players playing.

Sometimes I can use items, some not .... it's a very strange kind of disconnect, and I do not know how to solve.

 

Use the Windows 10 64bit, I do not know if that changes anything ...

 

Please, I need to do to prevent this from happening?

 

PS I'm from Brazil

Are you on full screen mode or windowed mode?

When this occurs, can you move the mouse cursor in game? How about using skills and items? Do they work at all?

 

I am thinking it might be mouse lock issue. Suggested solution: Try to alt-tab back and forth between game client and the desktop screen, see if that helps.

Could also try Leatrix Latency Fix to ease the latency issue if it's related.

Yes, I'm on full screen mode, and can move cursor.

Thank you, alt+tab works! Really is mouse lock issue.

 

Is this a mouse error (bug)?

Set 'mouse exclusive' on setup can make it stop?
