There was a discussion not too long ago about it. Everyone was posting everything here in Community Chat, and with there being so many sticky threads, it left very little room for normal discussions to stay on the first page. So the CMs and mods started moving topics around to where they felt they belong (branched monster thread in the "events" forum?) and unstuck some of the unneeded sticky threads.
