How to resolve this issue? 

 

"The account is currently suspended.
Please contact WarpPortal Support."
 
It's already been a week since the suspension. Already tried submitting a ticket but still no response from them. Hope they will fix this suspension before the end of the migration.
 
*BTW my friends are getting this suspension too.

just to confirm, did you log into your support account and check the status of the ticket? the email notification whenever your ticket is updated can be spotty.
