Hello all, I'm new and I have a question about autocast. If I wear a gear/card that give autocast heal/other skill when I receive physical damage (Loli Ruri perhaps), will the autocast works when I am casting other skills, such as Storm Gust? I am thinking to buy autocast heal gear and cards, but not so sure about it. Thanks for you responses!

skills cant trigger other skills. but you can autocast heal from loli ruri card when u were casting storm gust without the casting being interrupted.

It doesn't activate while you cast a skill, and furthermore, the autocast may momentarily prevent you from casting something when you need to. Autocast cards are useful for melee types. For your protection, I recommend instead getting 'activate x statues to enemy attacker while being hit' armor cards i.e. Aliza, Rybio, Skel Prisoner, Pest, Sasquatch or Red Novus + Giearth combo. If you're getting Loli Ruri as a part of the class set, it's actually not too bad, though.

flame skull card also procs a lot when u are being hit. good for TI

Wait, there's two different opinions here. So, when I am casting storm gust (I used phen card) in a mob, the autocast heal from Loli Ruri won't happen? Thanks all!

That's correct, autocast does not happen when you are casting your storm gust manually.

i have an AB. im using shrine maiden hat +7 which grants heal autocast when attacked, and i am casting magnus exorcimus manually. and i autocasted heal several times while casting while mobbed, then my ME performed without fail.

I have been using Loli Ruri on my character as the mage card set for some time, and I've never seen it go off while casting. It may be a perk from the hat. I'm gonna give you a benefit of doubt, could be something I missed. I'll run a test right now, will report in about an hour or so.

Back. I was wrong, FuyukiKun was correct. I guess I wasn't paying attention. Loli Ruri's heal in fact does not hinder manual casting, so go nuts with it. Happy hunting.
