When are you guys finally going to give users the experience they deserve?

After the 175 update, it's been 4 months now and the skill names are messed up, the Rune Knight Lux Aeterna Rune doesn't work, and Hallucination drug still is not fixed for it's new effect.

Aside from that, you guys disabled Thorn Wall in WoE, and have no enabled it for ages now, which is retarded because it was a commonly used skill that genetics had.

With the new update, there are tons of bugs in the new instances that have been reported. And it's been THREE WEEKS since the reports. I'm SURE that it should NOT take THREE DAMN WEEKs for figure out these minor things. Any expert programmer can look into and and most likely fix the minute errors.

Then the instance cancellation bug is still in.

Like what the hell? Do you guys NOT want us to play this game? I honestly don't care about new updates or other crap as long as WHAT WE HAVE IS NOT BUGGED. These current errors are preventing us from enjoying and playing this game.

I'd rather you guys stop putting in new updates and trying to rush them and make sure the OLD ones are fixed first.

edit: I'm sick of these stupid bugs. I log in, waste supplies pvping and then log out. There's absolutely no point in playing right now.

WHY ARE WE GETTING 14.3 WHEN THE OLD CRAP ISN'T FIXED YET. THE FIRST 10 ITEMS ON TRELLO HASN'T EVEN BEEN TOUCHED. Why the hell is the GM team so unprofessional. Skill bugs should be squashed the week it's been put in and discovered. If it can't be DISABLE IT.

https://trello.com/b...big-list-o-bugs

Skills in WoE are still broken, unfixed, instances are still bugging, and you guys aren't doing jack squash.

Hallu drug is still FPS lagging the hell out of everyone, just DISABLE IT. Stasis is still broken, doesn't have the proper reductions, JUST DISABLE IT.

Thorn wall knocks back n WoE and it's DISABLED, why can't you guys just do that to everything else that impacts the WoE scene, until they're fixed - when over 400-500 people play for WOE. Making an important sizable population, mind you a population bigger than Thor.

Why are we forced to play in horrible lag, bugs, etc. Oh wait, we're not. We can just quit - like the other 10+ guilds that the server had upon merger due to lag and unfixed bugs.

Calm down Kami .... I would rather call it iro 175 beta version and I will never blame too much on a beta version... Maybe you could create a new char and restart the journey  :p_idea:

I have no idea how this getting to 99 even relates to my post.

There's no spoiling. If the CM/GMs want to put in new content, then put it in right. Even if they're wrong, fix the f//ucking bugs a decent amount of time. Not 4 months.

cept i'm not interested in playing a crappily implemented beta version game

I really miss thorn wall and deluge for woe, I still don't understand why they can't ask for kro to send fixes asap for these, when they do have them. Same for hallucination drug, no skill should purposely make people dc from the massive lag when you get the status consecutively, the change is so easy to implement too.

Actually I wonder why kro doesn't give us fixes FASTER in general, if it's something critical and exploitable it's disabled and we have to wait months or years for a fix (kettle hat and deluge anyone?).

Because they don't have a good and reliable translation tool between Korean and English?

It's not the 1800s. It's 2015 and there should be NO issues with communication. Most of the Asian countries require people to know how to speak English. So that excuse is not even valid.

Most of these bugs I'm concerned about are SCRIPT issues. And that's something iRO dev team can fix. And holy s//hit, if you can't then HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN.

Even if we accept that they do not have the technical capabilities to fix the bugs, and have done their part by forwarding the issue to kRO, there can be no possible excuse for not disabling Hallucination Drug in WoE. It clearly shows absolute lack of effort and devotion. We were promised updates on each of these issues, the least we could expect was some getting up to speed that they're having issues, acknowledging and telling us what is wrong, instead of merely trying to shirk away from responsibility, because that's exactly how it looks like right now.

leaving all matters aside for a bit, it makes me wonder..

is there no guy in Kro thats responsible to keep tabs on the other providers of the game to see how they are doing?

it bewilders me  that a company that depends on others to distribute their product, doesnt keep a close eye on these people to ensure they are giving their game proper treatment and attention.

why is there no Kro dude in warpportal's office, or AT LEAST always available to forward issues and requests?, this should be as common as having a consumer support line.

I've basically stopped playing since a bit after the 175 update. Every couple months though, I feel the itch to WoE again. Then I get hit by constant over-the-wall Hallucination Drugs, and remember why it is I stopped WoEing!

A few years ago, I stopped doing Nydhoggur instances. Not because I grew tired of them, but because I grew too frustrated with the instance bugging out, from what seems to be killing the guardians too quickly or simultaneously. Every now and then I see threads pop up with the same issue, so I think it's safe to assume that bug STILL hasn't been fixed.

I used to run Nidhoggur every time my CD is up on 3-4 characters, and bam instance bug. I stopped doing it too about 1.5- 2 years ago.

Obviously not or otherwise the official servers would be more up to date than pservers. They neglect their most popular product and wonder why they're not doing as financially well as they want.

Think the worst one yet was that Valentines event quest. I don't think I've ever seen any satisfactory comment about that quest for the whole month it was implemented.

Nothing beats the 3rd class hats though. "Oh, kRO had to change the effects because they can't find a way to script it in? Let's just release it anyway and put all that past planning to the trash heap. Why feel the need to delay the release because the items don't have the intended effects yet? I mean c'mon, HQ made Autumn Headband boost Arrow Storm! That's bound to give us some money."

The Nidhoggur bug happens to me at about 1/3 or 1/5 ratio base on the amount of times I do them per week. I noticed that it bugs out very easily when you stack the Guardians, killing 2 or more at once.

I wish there was a way they can also implement a kill count quest to it so we did know how many Guardians we tackled than actually running around wondering if we missed any, or it DID bugged out.

I still run the instance whenever I get to and bring my guildies sometimes, and yeah the bug becomes a giant bummer when it happens. :c

From my experience of playing former mRO and TwRO, I'd say there's no such section that responsible to this, sadly.

Like 5000 online and 95% are bots, it is clearly no good. But as long as they paid the subscription fee, kRO doesn't care, I believe.

This is why mRO closed, and now pRO.

They may have known that this is a bad circle, but like bureaucracy, who f.king cares?

To me, cherish the moment in iRO. That is all. Coz we don't know how long will kRO still be running, given the fact that it's annual financial reports are getting worse in these few years.

They have 4 days every week to work on the bugs. I don't know where they're allocating their time to, but I hope it's not classic which is already a dead server. Not sure why they are still trying to revive it with all these dev projects. RENEWAL is where people are/were still trying to actively play in, and that hardly seems to be prioritized.

I think nidhoggur's instance is a lost cause, not even the main quest can be finished where you can get splendide coins after killing the mvp :[

Well they do need to have separate staff for each server, neither should suffer for the sake of the other. But really, how hard is it to turn off a bugged skill? A five year old would have the sense and knowledge to do so. It's unfortunate that our staff has simply stopped caring for their playerbase.

I think you have your cause and effect reversed.

^This. What did you expect would happen if keep treating your playerbase like poop?
