it currently restores 50% hp/sp.  it will eventually return to 10% hp/sp

Low Ti is gonna be emptier than empty XD

 

Also, fix the unholy lag that The Juno/High Ti maps are getting.  Seriously you can't level any characters that require skills like rolling cutter and such, or even use healing items fast enough because by the time you press the button 50 times to spam a potion or something, it consumes all of 3 and you're dead.  Press a wing/butterfly wing to get out of there, you consume like 5 before you either wing or you're dead.  Seriously it's annoying.  People would be more inclined to do the spotlights if the lag wasn't unholy.

It would be fair and give the small trapper community a bone.
