I don't know if it's to be a bug, but after end the spell's animation, all mana decreased is recovered...
Or it's just supposed to be a useless lvl 80 skill?

it takes awhile to calculate how much mana is taken away because of radiant mana buffs

No, the mana gets up again.... and stay normal

Well, the heal really works and it's supposed to be for 11 targets (or 13, I don't remember).. so, only the "mana burn" didn't work...

No one know if the Burning Mind should decrease a ammount of mana for only 3 seconds or it's a bug?
Since the reduction occurs by 2 or 3 seconds and get back again...
