"Can't Log-in This account has already been Log-in" notification appears when I change character (no photos, screen loads before I can do anything). Same with the Error = number notification (also when changing character).

 

Is this just a glitch or someone is trying to log-in with my account? I have not shared my informations to anyone and I play on my PC.

It seldom happens, but I have a lot of accounts and I've seen it on most of them.  If you are worried about it you can change your secondary password every so often.  It's a bit of a nuisance, but it'll at least give you a peace of mind.
