Suggestion
Create a mid week WoE on Classic server, similar to Renewal's WoE TE.
-Two castles open only (the two you close for regular WoE 2's). This will also make it so you wont have to redo all WoE 2 castle treasures. Valf 1 and Juno 1
-1 hour long instead of 2 hours
-Any and all classes (including trans)
-Disable all MVP cards and God Items
-Disable guardians
-Can't make bryns or asprikas off of econ (or could flip it and make this the only way, which would make econ'ing hard with only 2 castles open)
-Does not replace the other WoE's
Why do this?
There are tens of thousands of players who love the game mechanics of the Classic server. However, for whatever reasons, these players do not wish to play here currently due to a whole mess of reasons. The full list of exact reasons are not important though, the major difference to consider is that these players dislike playing with god items/mvp cards. This could capture these players attention and get them to try out the server. From there the players will need to level, purchase gear, and supply themselves. iRO is actually much easier to do all of those things then other places, so these players may enjoy there time here. They could transition into participating in other WoE's and also enjoy more of the game.
However, we need to give them a reason to log into the server for the chance of any of those things to happen.
Benefits of this?
-Would create short, yet high action WoE's with only 2 castles open
-Potential of attracting lots of players new to this server from other places
-Would be a lot of fun
-More KP sales due to more food being needed in WoE
-1 hour duration wouldn't hurt "established guilds" when it comes to supply issues
-An amazing way to promote the Classic server
In depth look at it all...
-Two castles open only (the two you close for regular WoE 2's). This will also make it so you wont have to redo all WoE 2 castle treasures.
With the announcement of reduced WoE 2 castles (10>8) this will causes treasure issues. This is an easy fix for that problem. The real amazing part of this will be having only two castles open. This will force action and fights, which is exactly what our target audience wants and a surprising number of current players on Classic want.

This will allow the WoE to not be a boring and long two hour process if players chose to defend. It will also drastically lighten the burden of supplies for "established" guilds who wish to participate. It will also make it less heavy of a burden for newer guilds who are joining the server to meet supply demands.

It has to have trans. It can not be pre-trans. This is of extreme importance. For the target audience to be willing to come, we have to provide the setting. Also, WoE 2 castles would be boring as hell with pretrans. Must be trans or trash this idea.
-Disable all MVP cards and God Items
This is fairly obvious. Some people are back and forth on this topic. Since it will not effect WoE 1 items at all and minimally effect WoE 2, it shouldn't be a big deal. This is a great marketing point as well and the whole reason to do this WoE. Again, if your not going to do this then trash this idea. It would also allow WoE1/2 to remain untouched as some players would prefer well still satisfying the want of others for "vanilla" WoEs.
-Disable guardians
Interesting idea. I could see it going either way, however it would encourage more action then door precasting. I could careless, figured I'd throw it in though.

Pros/Cons of not making gods off of econ: Make it so that "established" guilds do not have to participate in this WoE to create WoE 2 gods. Also, it made sense since this is a "practice woe".
Pros/Cons of only making gods off of econs from WoE: Practice Edition: Put simply, getting a 100 econ for in regular WoE 2 is as easy as logging in a breaker and taking the fort solo. It is silly how easy it is due to sheer number of castles and econ creeping up. By making WoE Practice the only way to create Asprika/Bryns (2 castles 1 for each) it would actually create a ton of competition! It would make WoE 2 a farmfest, although let's be honest it already is...

I have been saying this for a while. The only way that Classic's pop will grow is.... 1. brand new players (not super common, they should really go to renewal), 2. old players coming back (not super common, but could happen), or 3. by pulling players from other servers that have combine populations of tens of thousands of players (most logical way to boost pop).
Do this WoE, get players to LOG INTO THE SERVER. See if it flourishes from there, but it isn't going to hurt the server at all lmfao.
Small points not to get hung up on would include time/day of WoE. Could always switch days with another woe or pick times ect. Those are small details to be worked out.... Community voting would be best for times/day.
