What's up with the game client taking me to patch 2011 data?

 

I've installed iRO client (I play in renewal for the past week). Installed the game smoothly, downloaded the recent manual patches posted on the DL section. 

 

Played the game without having to patch the abovesaid dates. Then, now I'm taken back to patch the data from 2011_4_4 date and so on.

 

The first time it happened, didn't mind anything of it. But now, experiencing it again, makes me ponder on it.

 

P.S. I have the game run as admin, as always.

I've experienced this before when I truncated the patching process but was still able to play for some reasons. Do you have always to patch from the 2011 update now or is it a one off thing?

after the patch i can't log in to my accounts

Happened once to me, I just canceled it and restarted the client and it started normally without patching.

Try opening the client directly from the program files gravity folder.

Sounds like your patch.inf file might be damaged/corrupted.

Download a patch.inf file from a date your ragnarok was still patching correctly from choobs, then replace old patch.inf.

Then delete thumbs.db in your patch folder.

Then re-patch. That should fix the problem.

i also just installed AVG anti virus and RO window is about the same as a pencil cap

it happened occasionally, then mostly. Got frustrated, re-installed the game clean now. Everything works fine now.

this happened to me also, thought it be like this with some tries (restarting client and sometime the PC), but to no avail, it didn't. just have to re-installed the game and start the patch some time in February 2015.(much closer than 2011_4_4-always starts at this date when problem occurs)

this error happened when i tried running the game inside the office, with web filtering. the patch will work normally but i cant log in to the game because of the network filter. if i change my connection to my own broadband stick, the patcher will download the patch from 2011.

 

i usually work around this by patching using the office internet then switching to my pocket broadband to log in.

UhhhMMM off topic guys... can someone help me about the download issue?

after i download the ragnarok full client

when i install it it keep's saying that the file was corrupted....

what should i do to resolve this?

i really want to play ragnarok online... can someone help me please....

Happen to me now 14/11/14 . I need to download patch from april-november .. 

 

Question : How do i download the latest patch,? what patch number shall i enter ?
