yes there is. it gives 2% aspd for every 10 agi. so if you have 120 agi, it will give 24% aspd.

Wow. Before I think it's only 1%. so it means 24% of my current ASPD? Correct?

I think it works more like 24% reduction of after attack delay, though I could be wrong on this

how good is this card?
how is it vs the one that increases atk per strf
for a sinx/gx this is.
they say it is easy to get aspd, then why do the same people propagate kvm katar?
