Soul Linker Spirit allows SLs to cast Ka- skills on targets other than themselves or their spouse/children, having this power available on-demand self-sufficiently would require a significant nerf on Ka- skills across the board since their effectiveness is balanced by their strict target validity criteria.
People party, marry, adopt, or multi-client should they want Ka- buffs cast on them like Priest buffs, this inconvenience is a balancing factor against the power of Ka- buffs.
